I’m Melissa VanPelt, and after nearly 10 years at Seismic, I’ve had the privilege of helping build many of our customer-facing programs designed to connect, empower, and celebrate this incredible community. My focus has always been on creating more ways for our customers to engage - with each other and with Seismic - to learn, share, and grow together.
From formal learning programs and enablement resources to advocacy initiatives that spotlight your success and help elevate your brands, everything we do is centered on one goal: helping you get the most from your Seismic investment. I’m deeply passionate about the customer experience and always looking for new ways to evolve and enhance how we engage - so every interaction feels valuable, inspiring, and connected.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two spirited and adventurous little girls who keep me on my toes and remind me daily of the joy of curiosity and determination. I’m also passionate about coaching competitive club soccer - as a former player myself, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping develop the next generation of strong, confident female athletes.
