We do not have Seismic Learn, but we are exploring the use of role plays. I took the new Seismic University course, and it states that you can use either the Scorecard rubric, the key talking points, or both for the evaluation of a role play. Our tenant seems to be configured to require both. Has anyone else had experience with being able to toggle off the scorecard? Thank you!

Hello. I am currently working on a digital sales room project that requires me to disable the conversation capability in the room between owners and clients (the bar on the right hand side). Is there a setting to do this or is it not possible? Thanks! 

I was under the impression that if I have a piece of content in a DSR, let’s call it XYZ Sell Sheet, that if a month later, I update the XYZ sell sheet to a newer version, then that will automatically update all livesends and DSR’s that have the XYZ sell sheet. However, this does not appear to be working correctly. It seems I have to manually update and save the DSR in order for it to update. Is that true? Does not seem optimal.

Hello!Has anyone figured out a formulas for the following:How many reps have not created a DSR? (aggregate and list of users) Showing usage of content for reps including zeros based on a certain tag during a certain time periodI’ve tried adding what I know to get zeros and I’ve tried taking off all filters. I still can’t even seem to get a complete list of what I need or even a complete list of everyone in the user group.
