Tactile Medical isn't looking for someone to simply manage field marketing execution. They want someone who builds the operating rhythm, coaches a regional team to excellence, and turns commercial strategy into territory-level results that move the needle.

As Senior Manager, Field Marketing, you'll lead Tactile Medical's growing field marketing team and serve as the connective tissue between Commercial & Channel Marketing and the sales field. You'll own the full operating cadence—planning cycles, campaign rollouts, field readiness reviews, and team communication rhythms—while developing regional field marketing strategies that translate product and channel priorities into customer-facing programs and market development activities. You'll partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Market Access, and Marketing Communications to deliver integrated commercialization programs, then coach your team to execute them at scale across territory. You'll also spend time in market—building trusted relationships with customers, physicians, and key opinion leaders through clinical education, industry events, and direct engagement—and use market intelligence, sales feedback, and performance data to refine go-to-market priorities and identify adoption opportunities.

What makes this role stand out is the blend of field leadership and strategic influence. You'll champion a data-driven approach using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools to guide targeting and reduce burden on sales. You'll act as a strategic marketing partner to Sales leadership by enabling execution through training, messaging, tools, and customer insights. And you'll drive Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales efforts by gathering field intelligence, monitoring competitive activity, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. This is a role for someone who sees field teams as high-performing organizations worth investing in.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of field, channel, downstream, or commercial marketing experience and 3+ years leading, coaching, or developing distributed or regional teams. You're strong at project management, prioritization, and juggling multiple regions and cross-functional priorities simultaneously. Salesforce or equivalent Marketing CRM experience is required. You're comfortable traveling ~30% to support regional teams, customer engagement, and field events. Bonus points for medical device, healthcare, or durable medical equipment experience, and for a background launching or scaling field and channel marketing programs.

This is a fully remote role (with hybrid expectations if you're within 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN) with a base pay range of $115,600 to $173,250 plus comprehensive benefits. If this sounds like you, or someone in your network, apply here or pass this along.
