HiBob is hiring a Director of GTM Enablement to lead and scale global enablement programs across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and BDR organizations. This role sits within Revenue Operations and will own the end-to-end enablement strategy focused on improving productivity, ramp time, revenue performance, and retention outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings deep B2B SaaS experience, a strong operational mindset, and a track record of building scalable onboarding, certification, coaching, and continuous learning programs. This leader will partner cross-functionally across RevOps, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM leadership while driving adoption of AI-enabled workflows and modern GTM technologies across a global revenue organization.
