LinkedIn isn't looking for someone to just roll out AI tools to the field. They want someone who shapes what gets built, ships it, and makes sure it actually sticks.
As Sr. Program Manager, AI Initiatives, you'll lead global go-to-market and field enablement programs within the Program Management Office of LinkedIn's Center of Excellence for AI initiatives. You'll own the delivery of AI-enabled capabilities from start to finish: defining the problem, shaping requirements with technical partners, and guiding each capability through build, launch, and measured adoption in the field. Along the way, you'll work across Go-To-Market Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Insights, Sales Ops, BizOps, Legal, and the engineering and product teams building these capabilities, keeping programs scoped, resourced, on schedule, and visible to leadership.
What makes this role stand out is that it sits right at the intersection of enablement and AI. You'll set the quality bar for what ships by deciding where human review is required, what "good enough" looks like, and how quality gets measured once a capability is live. You'll make sure everything aligns with LinkedIn's Responsible AI principles and security standards. And you'll act as a consultative lead for AI-enabled program management itself, helping teams rethink how programs are planned, tracked, and reported. This is a role for someone comfortable challenging a request when the stated problem isn't the real one.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of program or project management experience and has already applied AI tools to their own work, including workflows they've redesigned and shared with others. Bonus points for experience shipping a product or technical capability alongside engineering teams (not just rolling it out), change management that drives true adoption, familiarity with how large sales organizations run, and a background in tech, digital education, or learning. PMP certification is a plus.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago, New York, or Omaha, with a pay range of $121,000 to $197,000 plus potential bonus, stock, and benefits. If this sounds like you, or someone in your network, apply or pass this along.
