Hello. I am currently working on a digital sales room project that requires me to disable the conversation capability in the room between owners and clients (the bar on the right hand side). Is there a setting to do this or is it not possible? Thanks!

Is there way to disable the conversation capability in digital sales rooms?
We had requested this as well, I hope such an improvement is implemented. We certainly do not want customers or partners to see each other's correspondence, especially when sending bulk DSR.
If this is what you are referring to, this screen has the toggles for you to turn off login/commenting as a whole for all DSRs. As you can see, we currently have them turned off so no commenting can be completed on any DSR.

Understood, I am not aware of any other settings to disable the comments at an individual DSR/link level.
I’ve been operating for a while under the impression that it’s usually better to templatize and then share them 1:1 for each org for awhile, for this reason and a few others.
