Seismic Community Guidelines Welcome to the Seismic Community! 🎉 We’re so excited to have you here. This is a space where Seismic users can share knowledge, learn best practices, collaborate, and connect with one another. These Community Guidelines are here to help you understand how to participate, what you can expect from others, and how we’ll work together to make this a welcoming, supportive space. In this guide, you’ll find: • Community Guidelines • How to report violations • How to get technical support Community Guidelines Your participation here is subject to these Guidelines: 1. Be professional, kind, and courteous 🤝 To make sure our community is safe and welcoming for everyone, we don’t allow content that is NSFW (not safe for work), offensive, or attempts to sneak past filters. That means no explicit material, harmful or disrespectful language, or workarounds to share inappropriate content. If something like this is posted, it will be removed. Let’s all do our part to keep this space positive, professional, and supportive. 2. No hate speech, bullying, or harassment 🚫 We have zero tolerance for harassment, personal attacks, or derogatory remarks about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity. Posts directed at insulting other members or Seismic employees are also prohibited. 3. No spam or duplicate posts ✋ Keep discussions focused on Seismic and enablement-related topics. Spam, excessive promotions, or duplicate posts create noise and will be removed. If you’ve asked a question, please be patient—avoid posting it multiple times. 4. Keep Job Postings in their Channels 📌Please keep posts about jobs in the Job Board. 5. Give More Than You Take 🌱What makes a community amazing is when members are more focused on helping each other than on helping themselves. Be as helpful as possible and everyone benefits! 6. Protect privacy 🔒 Respect your own privacy and that of others. Do not post confidential business details, customer data, or personal information in public areas. 7. No soliciting 💼 The community is not a sales channel. Posts with the intent to sell products or services—or sending unsolicited private messages—are considered violations. 8. Represent yourself accurately 🙋 Usernames and profiles should reflect who you are (or your organization) but should never mislead others. For example, only verified Seismic employees may include “Seismic” in their username. What happens if guidelines aren’t followed? ⚠️ Persistent or severe violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community. Seismic reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at any time, at our discretion. Our Community Team will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. These actions are not open for public debate. How to report violations 🚨 If you see a post or comment that goes against these guidelines: 1. Click the three dots on the bottom right of the post. 2. Select “Flag” to report it. A member of the Seismic Community Team will review and take action as needed. How to get technical support 🛠️ The Community is a great place to share best practices, inspiration, and network. If you’re experiencing technical issues, bugs, or need official support: - Visit the Seismic Support portal to submit a ticket - For product how-to questions ask chat located in your tenant

Hi & Welcome to the Seismic Community!! I’m Lauren Maddock, and I’ve been part of the Seismic team for almost 6 years. Over that time, I’ve had the chance to work with many of you and work on exciting projects that connect customers, teams, and technology in new ways.I’m especially excited to see this community come alive—because I believe the best ideas happen when people share, learn, and collaborate together. ✨When I’m not working, you can usually find me out and about with my husband and son finding new activities, spending time with my big family in New Jersey, trying out different restaurants and breweries, or planning our next travel adventure.I can’t wait to meet all of you, hear your stories, and learn how you’re using Seismic to make an impact. Let’s build something amazing here together! 🚀
